Case 1002
Dr. Kachenmeister discusses this case. This 56-year- old patient is 5’7” and weighs 170 lb. She complained that her breasts were too large and pendulous. We performed bilateral breast reduction surgery for her, and because of her natural asymmetry, we removed approximately 250 gm of tissue from the right side and 350 gm of tissue from the left side using the anchor pattern technique. She has excellent healing with minimal scarring and shows much improved symmetry between her breasts. She is quite happy with her result.

Case 1019
Dr. Kachenmeister discusses this case. This 20-year- old college student had always been very self-conscious about her large breasts. She found it difficult to wear relatively “normal” clothes without feeling conspicuous. I was able to perform an anchor type breast reduction removing approximately 300 gm of tissue from each breast. She is overjoyed with her result and her ability to fit normally in her clothing.

Case 1032
Dr. Kachenmeister discusses this case. This 18-year- old patient suffered from extreme asymmetry in her breast size, and she struggled to hide this condition most of her teenage life. I elected to perform a vertical scar breast reduction for her which helped to restore near perfect symmetry to her breasts. She is elated with the result.
